Bahan :1 kg jeroan sapi ( lidah, jantung, usus, babat )3 ltr air, untuk merebus jeroan1 sdt garam4 sdm minyak goreng, untuk menumis3 lbr daun kunyit3 btg serai, memarkan10 lbr daun jeruk1 ptg asam kandistusukan satai50 g tepung beras, sangrai, larutkan dalam 300 ml airPelengkap :Ketupat, potong-potongbawang goreng untuk taburanBumbu Halus:10 btr bawang merah5 siung bawang putih1 sdm
