Kwetiau Seafood

Bahan :

250g udang, kupas, buang kepala dan ekornya.
200g  cumi-cumi bersih, kerat-kerat, potong 3x4cm
3 sdm  minyak goreng, untuk menumis
5 siung bawang putih, memarkan
100g  tomat, potong jadi 8
400g  kwetiau basah
2 sdm  kecap ikan
2 sdm  saus tiram
1 sdt  gula pasir
2btg  daun bawang, ambil bagian putihnya, potong-potong 3 cm
15 helai daun ketumbar, untuk taburan
