500 g  beras2 sdm  minyak goreng, untuk menumis2 siung bawang putih, cincang50 g  bawang bombai, cincang3 bh  cabai merah, buang bijinya, potong 1 cm200 g  daging ayam, potong dadu200 g  udang, kupas750 ml  kaldu1 sdm  garam100 g  kacang polong kalengan, tiriskan2 sdm  bawang goreng, untuk taburan Cara Membuat :
Tumis dahulu  bawang putih, bawang bombai dan cabai. Masukkan daging ayam
