Iga Panggang Oriental

Bahan :
750 g  iga sapi, potong 5cm melintang

Bumbu Perendam : ( campurkan semua )
3 sdt  kacang hitam kalengan, rendam dalam air selama 15 menit, tiriskan, hancurkan1 sdm  saus tiram2 sdm  angciu/ dry sherry1 sdm  kecap manis1/2 sdt  bumbu ngohiong1/2 sdt  merica bubuk1/4 sdt  garam
Saus :
2 sdt  minyak goreng1 siung  bawang putih, memarkan1/2 sdt  jahe muda parut2 btg  daun bawang, cincang150
