Setup Tapai Singkong

Bahan :
500g  tapai singkong (peuyeum), bersihkan, potong 4cm750ml  air2ptg  kayumanis batangan @ 5cm2 btr  cengkeh6 lbr  daun jeruk4-5 sdm  gula pasir

Cara Membuat :
Masak air, kayumanis, cengkeh, dan daun jeruk hingga mendidih. Kecilkan apinya, tutup dan masak terus selama 15 menit. Masukkan gula, masak di atas api sedang sampai gula larut, masukkan  potongan peuyeum. Setelah 10 menit, angkat.
