Daging Bumbu Kari

Jakarta – Bumbu karinya sedikit berbeda memakai kecap dan saus tomat sehingga rasanya manis dengan semuburat sedikit asam. Tambahan jamur shimeji membuat aroma sajian daging ini makin kaya. Paling cocok disantap dengan nasi hangat.Bahan:250 g daging has sapi, potong-potong 1 sdm tepung terigu 1 sdm mentega 50 g bawang Bombay, iris tipis 1 siung bawang putih, cincang 1/2 sdt bumbu kari bubuk 2 sdm
