Daripada meneguk minuman manis yang bisa menambah kadar gula darah Anda, lebih baik minum saja sari tomat jeruk yang segar sekaligus menyehatkan.Bahan:2 bh tomat100 gr gula halus2 bh jeruk manis, diambil airnya.½ gelas es serutCara Membuat:1. Campur tomat, gula halus, air jeruk dan es serut. Masukkan dalam blender.2
