Bahan:500 g babat sapi3 sdm minyak sayur2 buah cabai hijau, iris kasar2 lembar daun jeruk1 sdm air jeruk nipisHaluskan:150 g cabai hijau6 butir bawang merah3 siung bawang putihmerica butiran sckpnya1 sdt gula pasir2 sdt garamCara membuat:Rebus babat hingga empuk.
