Bahan:20 g Bolu Cokelat5 g Sugar Syrup/Simple syrup20g Dark Sweet Cherry60 g keju mascarpone10 g Dark ChocolateSaus Zabione:1 kuning telur1 sdm gula pasir10 ml air10 ml Grand ManierCara membuat:Saus Zabione: Kocok kuning telur, gula dan air di atas panci berisi air panas hingga kental dan pucat.Tambahkan Grand Manier, jika suka, kocok rata lalu angkat. Sisihkan hingga dingin.Aduk dengan keju
