Bahan: Almond Rollade:15 butir telur ayam 500 g gula pasir 440 g tepung terigu berprotein sedang 50 g mentega tawar, lelehkan 60 g almond bubuk Simple Syrup, rebus hingga mendidih: 100 g gula pasir 200 g airCassava and Pistachio Mousse: 250 ml susu segar 8 butir kuning telur 250 g gula pasir 250 g tapai singkong, buang seratnya, lumatkan 25 g Pistachio Paste 50 g Pistachio cincang 9 lembar
