Bahan:300 g daging sapi dengan sedikit lemak, iris tipisBumbu, aduk rata:2 siung bawang putih, parut20 g bawang Bombay, cincang halus1 sdm saus BBQ2 sdt mustard pasta1 sdt tomat pasta1 sdm saus cabai botolan1/2 sdm minyak sayur1 sdt gula pasir1/2 sdt merica bubuk1 sdt garamPelengkap:Salad SayuranCara membuat:Aduk irisan daging dengan Bumbu hingga rata. Diamkan selama 30 menit atau simpan
