Tumis Ikan Jahe

Bahan :
400g  fillet ikan kakap, potong persegi2 sdm  air jeruk nipis50 g  tepung maizena1/2 sdt  jahe bubuk3 sdm minyak zaitun3 cm  jahe, iris kecil memanjang100g  bawang bombai, iris 1 cm3 btg  daun bawang, iris 3 cm
Saus : ( campur semua dan aduk rata ) 1 sdm  cuka2 sdm  angciu3 sdm  kecap asin pekat1 sdm  gula pasir
