Bahan:500 g paru sapi750 ml air2 lembar daun salamminyak gorengHaluskan:5 butir bawang merah4 siung bawang putih2 buah cabai merah1 sdt ketumbar1/2 sdt merica butiran1 sdt garam50 g gula merah, sisirCara membuat:Potong-potong paru sapi.Rebus paru sapi bersama bumbu dan daun salam hingga empuk dan bumbu mengering. Tiriskan.Goreng paru sapi hingga kecokelatan.Angkat dan tiriskan.Sajikan
