Bahan:250 ml air kopi kental/espresso500 g dark couverture chocolate 72%, potong-potong250 g mentega tawar, lelehkan8 butir telur ayam200 g gula pasirCara membuat:Taruh cokelat dalam mangkuk/baskom.Masak air kopi hingga panas benar. Angkat.Tuang ke dalam cokelat, aduk-aduk hingga cokelat lumer dan licin.Tambahkan mentega, aduk rata.Kocok telur dan gula dengan mikser kecepatan rendah atau kocokan
