Bahan:4 buah pisang ambon, kupas1 sdm mentega4 buah croissant polos, siap beli3 butir telur ayam400 ml susu segar75 g gula pasir½ sdt vanili bubuk½ sdt kayumanis bubukTaburan:2 sdm kismis+manisan ceri merah2 sdm almond iris1 sdm gula pasirCara membuat:Lelehkan mentega, masak pisang ambon hingga kecokelatan kedua sisinya. Angkat.Susun potongan croissant dalam pinggan tahan panas.Kocok telur
