Bahan:250 g ketan hitam, rendam selama 2 jam, tiriskan100 g kacang merah segar1 lembar daun pandan, potong-potong100 g gula pasir30 g gula merah, sisir halusSaus, rebus jadi satu:500 ml santan kental1/2 sdt garam1 lembar daun pandan, potong-potongCara membuat:Rebus kacang merah dan ketan hitam dalam air secukupnya hingga lunak. Jika perlu tambahkan air.Masukkan gula, gula merah dan daun pandan.
