Bahan:315 g putih telur300 g gula pasir275 g almond bubuk100 g gula pasir25 g cokelat bubukChocolate Ganache :500 g cokelat blok (dilelehkan)600 g whipping creamCara Membuat :Kocok putih telur dengan 200 g ( dari 300 grgula pasir ).Setelah mengembang, masukkan sisa gula pasir yang 100 gr, kocok terus sampai menjadi sempurna.Campurkan almond, gula dan cokelat bubuk jadi satu kemudian campurkan
