Bahan:250 g ketan putih, cuci, tiriskan1 lembar daun pandan, potong-potong300 ml santan½ sdt garam1 sdm gula pasirLapisan:6 butir telur ayam2 sdm air daun pandan suji150 g gula pasir50 g tepung beras300 ml santanCara membuat:Kukus ketan bersama daun pandan dalam kukusan panas hingga setengah matang. Angkat.Campur santan dengan garam dan gula.Tuang ke dalam ketan panas, aduk-aduk hingga rata.Kukus
