Bahan:3 butir telur ayam4 sdm dashi1 sdt kecap Jepang1/4 sdt gula pasir1 sdt sake/mirin, jika suka1/4 sdt merica bubuk1 sdm minyak sayurCara membuat:Kocok telur bersama dashi, kecap, gula, mirin dan merica hingga rata.Panaskan wajan dadar segi empat di atas api kecil.Olesi minyak. Tuangkan 1/3 bagian adonan telur ke dalam wajan.Aduk hingga membeku dan sisihkan di salah satu ujung wajan.Tuangkan 1
