RESEP KUE KERING KACANG KAYUMANIS

Resep Kue Kering Kacang Kayumanis

Bahan :

  • 175 gr margarin
  • 50 gr gula palem, diblender halus
  • 50 gr gula tepung
  • 2 kuning telur
  • 275 gr tepung terigu protein rendah
  • 25 gr susu bubuk
  • 1/2 sdt baking powder

Bahan isi (diblender/tumbuk sebentar asal bergumpal) :

  • 1 sdt kayumanis bubuk
  • 1 sdm gula pasir
  • 50 gr kacang tanah kupas, disangrai

Bahan olesan :

  • 2 kuning telur, kocok lepas

Cara membuat :

  1. Kocok margarin, gula palem, dan gula tepung 30 detik. Tambahkan kuning telur. Kocok rata.
  2. Masukkan tepung terigu, susu bubuk, dan baking powder sambil diayak dan diaduk rata.
  3. Giling tipis adonan. Potong di ring bergerigi diameter 4 cm.
  4. Beri isi. Lipat dua. Letakkan di loyang yang dioles margarin. Oleskan kuning telur.
  5. Oven 20 menit dengan api bawah suhu 150 derajat Celsius sampai matang.
