RESEP KUE KERING KHAS LEBARAN 2012

Resep Kue Kering Khas lebaran menemani Hari Raya Idul Fitri 2011 – 2012

BAHAN :

  • 100 gr Mentega Tawar Dingin
  • 50 gr Margarin
  • 50 gr Gula Tepung
  • 2 bks (@11 gr) Sari jeruk instan
  • 1/2 Sdt Garam
  • 1 Btr Telur
  • 1 Sdm Kulit jeruk lemon, Parut
  • 180 gr Tepung terigu protein rendah
  • 20 gr Tepung Maizena
  • 20 gr Susu bubuk
  • 1/2 Sdt Baking powder
  • 100 gr Fruit mixed

Cara Membuat Resep Kue Kering Khas Lebaran :

  1. Kocok margarin, mentega tawar dingin, gula tepung, sari jeruk instan, dan garam 45 detik. Masukkan telur. Kocok rata. Tambahkan kulit jeruk lemon. Kocok Rata.
  2. Masukkan tepung terigu, tepung maizena, susu bubuk, dan baking powder sambil diayak dan diaduk rata. Tambahkan fruit mixed. Aduk sampai menyebar.
  3. Sendokkan di atas loyang yang dioles tipis margarin. Pipihkan dengan garpu.
  4. Oven 25 menit dengan suhu 150 derajat Celcius sampai matang.
