Singkong Santan

Bahan :

1 kg  singkong, kupas, potong 3 cm

1,5 ml  air, didihkan

250g  gula merah, sisir halus

50g  jahe, kupas, iris tipis

1/4 sdt  garam

Kuah Santan :

250 ml  santan, dari 1/2 btr kelapa

3 lbr  daun pandan, sobek-sobek, ikat

1/4 sdt  garam

Cara Membuat :

Masukkan  potongan singkong dalam air mendidih, masak hingga setengah matang.

Masukkan gula merah, jahe,
