Cah Kailan

Bahan :

500 g  kailan, kupas kulit batang yang keras, buang daun tua, potong 5 cm

2 siung  bawang putih, kupas, memarkan

2 iris  jahe, pukul sampai pecah

100 ml kaldu

2 sdm minyak goreng

Saus : ( campur semuanya )

1 sdt  kecap asin encer

1 sdm  saus tiram

1/2 sdt  gula pasir

4 sdm  air

1 sdt  tepung maizena

Cara Membuat :

Rebus kailan dalam air mendidih (3 menit),
