Gemblong

Bahan : 

500 g  tepung ketan

250 g  kelapa parut

350 ml  santan dari 1/4 butir kelapa

1 sdt  garam

150 g  gula pasir

75 ml  air

minyak goreng

Cara Membuat :

Campurkan tepung ketan dan kelapa parut, santan, dan garam, aduk rata.

Ambil 1 sendok adonan, bentuk bulat panjang seukuran telur ayam.

Panaskan minyak goreng yang banyak dalam wajan di atas api sedang. Goreng adonan
