Cah Kangkung Hot Plate

Bahan :

500g  kangkung akar/ darat, siangi

12 btr  telur puyuh, rebus, kupas

250g  daging sukiyaki

1 sdm  tepung maizena, untuk melumuri daging

100 ml  minyak goreng

3 siung  bawang putih, iris

3 cm  jahe, cincang halus

2 cabai merah, iris serong

300 ml  kaldu

1 sdm  tepung maizena, larutkan dalam sedikit air

Perendam : (campur semua)

3 sdm  kecap asin

1/4 sdt  garam

1 sdt
