Beef Egg Domburi

Bahan :

400g  beras, masak hingga menjadi nasi

4 sdm  minyak goreng, untuk menumis

200g  daging sukiyaki

200g  bawang bombai, iris melintang 1/2 cm

100 ml  air

4 sdm  shoyu

3 sdm  mirin

1 ptg  kaldu blok

4 btr  telur, kocok asal lepas

2 lbr  nori (@ 10x15cm)

2 btg  daun bawang, iris serong 1/2 cm

Cara Membuat :
