RESEP SEMUR JAMUR KANCING SAUS TIRAM SEDAAP

Resep Semur Jamur Kancing Saus Tiram Sedap Betul

Bahan :

  • 1/2 kg Ayam potong
  • 15 Buah Jamur Kancing
  • 6 siung Bawang Merah
  • 4 siung Bawang putih
  • 1/2 butir Pala dihaluskan
  • 2 biji Kemiri disangrai
  • 3 biji Cengkeh
  • 3 ruas Jahe
  • 1 sdm Gula jawa
  • 1/2 sdt Garam
  • 1 buah Jeruk Nipis
  • 3 sdm Saus Tiram
  • 5 sdm Minyak Goreng
  • 6 sdm Kecap Bango

Cara Membuat Semur Jamur Kancing Saus Tiram :

  1. Jeruk nipis dipotong dan diperas diatas ayam lalu diamkan
  2. Bawang merah, bawang putih, jahe diiris tipis lalu ditumis
  3. Masukkan daun salam dan kemiri yang sudah disangrai
  4. Masukkan pala yang sudah dihaluskan
  5. Tambahkan cengkeh lalu aduk rata
  6. Masukkan daging ayam
  7. Masukkan tomat
  8. Tambahkan 6 sdm Kecap Bango
  9. Tambahkan garam, saus tiram danair lalu aduk rata
  10. Masukkan jamur kancing
  11. Masak hinggamatang merata
