Bahan :

200g  gula pasir

100-200g  almond/ kacang mete, potong-potong

Cara Membuat :

Siapkan loyang kue kering, alasi dengan kertas roti/ parchment

Panaskan panci beralas tebal di atas api sedang. Taburkan 1/3 bagian gula ke dalam panci, biarkan meleleh, aduk perlahan supaya tidak gosong.

Teruskan menaburkan 1/3 bagian gula setiap kali, sambil diaduk sekali-kali.
