Daging Asam

Bahan :

1 kg  daging gandik, potong 2

200g  lemak daging/ margarin

2 ltr  air

20 ptg  asam sunti

Bumbu Halus :

100g  cabai merah

16 btr  bawang merah

4 siung  bawang putih

2 cm  kunyit

1 1/4 sdt  garam

Cara Membuat :

Lumuri daging dengan lemak/ margarin dan bumbu halus, sisihkan 10 menit. Tambahkan air hingga seluruhnya terendam, rebus hingga lunak.

Masukkan asam
