Sate Banjar

Bahan :

500g  daging ayam fillet, potong dadu 1,5cm

1 sdm  kecap manis

1 sdt  air jeruk nipis

1 sdm  margarin, lelehkan

tusukan satai

Bumbu Halus :

2 siung  bawang putih

1 sdt  ketumbar sangrai

1 cm  jahe, cincang

Saus :

150g  tomat

200g  cabai merah

100 ml  air

1 sdt  garam

1 sdt  gula pasir

1 sdm  margarin

1 1/2 sdt  petis udang
