Sambal Kerang

Bahan :

250g  daging kerang, cuci bersih

250g  cabai merah, potong-potong

8 sdm  minyak goreng

150g  bawang merah

4 siung  bawang putih

3 bh  tomat

50g  ebi, rendam dlm air hangat, tiriskan, haluskan

3 sdt  garam

2 sdt  gula pasir

2 sdm  gula merah, iris

2 sdt  air asam jawa

Cara Membuat :

Tumis cabai merah, bawang merah, bawang putih, tomat sampai setengah matang,
